Program Costs 2022-2023

Tryout Fees

Tryout Registration is now OPEN!

$50 up to November 5th, 2022
$55 after November 5th, 2022 (non – refundable)

$55 for all walk-in registrations

Any player trying out for two different age levels, must pay an additional $25 and register independently for each age group. Example, U15/16 player wanting to also tryout at U17/18 time slot.
All fees can be paid now online or by cash, check or Venmo* at day of tryouts for walk-in registrations.
Make checks payable to Dig Deep Volleyball (write your daughter’s name in the memo)
If paying by check, your daughter must bring two separate checks to the first tryout date.
Check 1 = $50 or $55 non-refundable tryout fee.
Check 2 = $100 deposit for all club players or $150 for travel or regional travel players.
This amount goes toward the total season fee. This cost is only refundable if player is cut or drops out by notifying the club director by email or phone before:
(November 4, 2022, for U12-U14
(November 18th, 2022, for U15- U18 Elite, Regional Travel, & Club)
A discount $100 is given to 2nd siblings.

$150 Deposit given at tryouts goes towards season total

First payment of $675 is due by November 20, 2022.
2nd payment of $675 is due by January 7, 2023.
3rd payment of $675 is due by February 11, 2023.
Last payment of $675 is due by March 11, 2023.

Covers all tournament fees, gym rentals fees, referee fees, uniforms, warmups, equipment and coaches’ stipends
5 NERVA/Region League Tournaments, 2 Multi day local tournaments, Open 1-2 Out of Region Tournaments.
2-3 practices a week (ends up around being around 60-70 practices; other local clubs have around 30- 35 practices) along with skills practices throughout the season.
2 uniforms shirts, 2 pair of spandex & full warm up. Other items will be available to purchase.

Volleyball shoes, knee pads, backpacks, etc. are available to purchase at a great discount price!
Travel expenses are the responsibility of the individual players. Hotels are at discounted rate for players and families for all stay & play tournaments.

5 NERVA Tournaments: *All teams will have the choice in participating in extra tournaments at an added cost to your team. Please contact us for further details.
17-19 practice weeks; 2hr-2.5hr practices on Saturdays or Sundays *Teams will never lose a practice with Tournaments always being on Sundays. Other clubs typically practice on Sunday’s only, which equals to 13 practices for the season.
1 Uniform shirt, a pair of spandex & practice shirt,

Balance of $1,000 is due before first practice January 7, 2023. *Other payment plans are available. Please contact Director for more details.

Covers gym rentals, insurance, equipment, coaches pay, practice shirts
Scrimmages other teams in the club with option of playing in some mini tournaments depending on teams’ development
Practices once or twice a week depending on court availability
All players will be treated and taught the same as if they were on one of our club teams. Emphasis is placed on players learning, gaining & improving their skills required to compete.
Players have the ability to be placed on a team if we feel that they improved enough to join a team
Players will be given the opportunity to fill in spots on club teams throughout the season

Refund Policy

Tryout fee is non-refundable, even if athlete does not attend any tryout.
The $100/$150 season deposit is refundable if a girl gets cut or drops by notifying the club director by email or phone by November 4th (U12/14), November 18th, 2023, for (U15 to U18 teams).
If a player incurs a season ending injury (with a doctor’s note) before February 11, 2023, a partial pro-rated refund will be issued. After February 12, 2023, NO REFUNDS will be given.
Refunds are not given for any athletes’ inability to attend practices or tournaments because of outside scheduling conflicts or lack of interest.
If a player decides to quit a team after the first team practice, NO REFUND will be given as uniforms, equipment, court fees, USAV fees & tournament fees have been paid for. We do not get any refund from our vendors when a player drops from a team.
